The structure has a new generation electrical system that allows you toreduce costs related to electricity consumption already diminished by other initiatives aimed atenergy saving.
For example, inside the rooms, the lighting systems mountenergy saving LED lamps.
The laundry room is equipped withclass AA appliances and the front desk uses branded equipmentStar Energy.
Hot water is supplied by a systemsolar panel heating which, thanks to the thermostatic mixer, allows you to guarantee a constant water temperature of 40 degrees during the hours of use, saving energy at night.
The air conditioning system uses cutting-edge appliances with reduced energy consumption and on/off keys to eliminate energy waste.

We have always been committed to a truly intelligent use of the most precious asset present in nature:waterfall.
Our water saving policy is implemented on several fronts:
- the hot water distribution system is equipped withinverter recycling pump in order to obtain immediate hot water in the rooms so as to avoid unnecessary losses
- all rooms are equipped withwater saving mixers which ensure further savings in consumption.

Separating waste is essential to optimize its disposal andrecycle materials which can be useful for new productions.
Inside theRESIDENCE M3 we have always been attentive to respecting the correct disposal of waste and ask all our guests to embrace (on holiday and at home) our waste separation policy.
Doing separate waste collection with us is always quick and easy: aInside the structure there are containers to separate all types of waste, including metals.
