"Guests of nature" is more than a motto: it is the warning with which we approach what surrounds us. A flourishing and enchanting vegetation naturally offered by the territory. To protect this wonderful setting, the M3 Residence offers a tourist experience in the most complete respect for nature by choosing renewable resources, holidays with a low environmental impact and respectful of the times and ways of the micro-universe that hosts us. Managed directly by the owners , it offers all the services for a holiday in total relaxation : private and equipped beach, play area for children, baby club in July and August, lounge bar, large areas with broadband WI-FI connection , pedal boat and canoe rental, large internal parking and the possibility of boat trips.

Guests of our village have a bar at their disposal for breakfasts but also for very fresh aperitifs directly on the Bay of Manacore.

regulation
The reservation is valid only upon receipt of the deposit equal to 30%. In case of no-show within 24 hours of the established day, the contract will be considered terminated with loss of the deposit, unless prior communications and / or other indications from the customer.
The period of stay is paid upon arrival.
Waivers are accepted only by registered mail, telegram or certified mail, within 30 days before the start of the stay and you will be entitled to a refund of the deposit paid. After this deadline, the reservation will be considered canceled with the total loss of the deposit. The requested booking period must always be paid in full both in the event of delayed arrival or early departure, whatever the cause.
It is strictly forbidden to use any appliance not supplied (air conditioners, kettles, toasters, etc.).
The apartments, all in masonry, can be occupied from 5 pm to 8 pm on the Saturday of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the Saturday of departure.
Silence must be respected from 24 to 8 and from 14 to 16.30.
